YOUNGSVILLE, LA – The city of Youngsville and the Youngsville Chamber are excited to announce they will be moving forward with the Leadership Youngsville program for 2021.

This year, the program will consist of eight monthly sessions, covering a variety of topics including Legislative Day, drainage and infrastructure, public safety, education, the city’s master plan, economic development, history of Youngsville and future of business development and sports and tourism. The program is unique in that it offers an opportunity for class members to meet and interact with community and legislative leaders, business developers, as well as city administration, first responders, city engineers and public works. Class members also attend the Mustang World Series at the Youngsville Sports Complex, Legislative Day which involves meeting with state leaders at the state capitol, as well as the Annual Youngsville Chamber banquet.

Twenty-one candidates have been accepted into Leadership Youngsville Class II.

In 2019, the Youngsville Chamber of Commerce and the City of Youngsville joined forces to create Leadership Youngsville. Their mission is to identify and educate emerging community leaders on challenges and growth in the City of Youngsville. For more info on Leadership Youngsville, visit www.LeadershipYoungsville.com.
