St. Landry Parish
St. Landry Parish Government will allow trick-or-treating in the parish (outside of city limits) on Sunday, October 31, between 5 and 7 p.m.
Grand Coteau's Halloween Trick or Trick times will be from 6:00 p.m-8:00 p.m.
The City of Opelousas presents the Trick or Treat Trail at South City Park. The event, which utilizes the new walking trail, is scheduled for Saturday, October 30, from 4 – 6 pm. To sign up to be a part of the trail experience, visit https://www.cityofopelousas.com/.../trick-or-treat-trail.../
Trick or Treat will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2021 from 5:30pm - 7:30 pm. Door to Door. Please Be Safe Extra Patrol will be on duty
Trick or treating in the City of Crowley will be Saturday, October 30 from 5:30-7 pm
Grab a Halloween Costume, put on your scariest face and meet us on MAIN ST. for the 1st Annual “New Iberia Halloween Parade.” If you live on the parade route (starting at Prairie St.) please, decorate your porch and front yard, or if you own or operate a business, please decorate your storefront, and sidewalk in front of your business!!

Oct. 30 - New Iberia Halloween Parade - Join the City of New Iberia in front of city hall where the fountain will be colored black before parading down Main Street for Halloween. New Iberia City Hall, 457 E. Main St. #300, New Iberia, 2-4 p.m.
Oct. 30 - Terror on the Teche - Families will have a frighteningly-fun time with a special Halloween storytime. Costumes are encouraged, and treat bags will be provided to children while supplies last. Registration is required for this event. Bring your own chairs/blankets for seating as none is provided. Jeanerette will be having a drive thru Halloween event at City Park Saturday Oct 30 from 6-8 pm (like last year), everyone gets a treat, no one leaves their car. Donations accepted at the Fire Hall on 1810 Martin Luther King, Police Department or City Hall.
Zoosiana's Boo at the Zoo is back and will be celebrated the entire month of October!
That's right! You can celebrate fall at Zoosiana with Boo at the Zoo any day in October! Boo at the Zoo has always been special at Zoosiana, and while this year is even more special, it will look a little different than past years.

Scare-n-Cro Fall Fest is happening October 31 @ 4:00pm - 6:00pm in Caysi Park Parking Lot. We are taking reservations for anyone that would like to participate in handing out candies/goodies for the event just come park your vehicle, decorate your area and have FUN. Scott Business Association in partnership with Scott Area Team Sports, Scott Police Department, and The City of Scott will be hosting the 2nd annual Scary Street in Scott.
The event will take place on October 31, 2021, from 2pm to 4pm on Lions Club Rd in Scot.
This is a drive through trick or treat event where Lions Club Rd. will be blocked off and local businesses and organizations will be handing out candy to children inside the vehicles.
Parents are asked to drive their kids entering from St. Mary St. and will exit onto one of the side streets from Lions Club Rd.
Some of the businesses and organizations involved are Holiday Inn Express & Suites Scott, FirstTurn, Cashway Pharmacy, Kiwanis of Scott, Gene Robin Towing, Royal Elites, Home Bank, Fenstermaker, Fezzo's, Ragin Productions, Vanity by V, and Hollier's Specialty Roofing.

Boo Bayou is back! (Vermilionville)
Join us at Vermilionville for a fun fall-festival for the family!
There will be plenty to keep your squad busy including old-time games, face painting, balloon animals with The Fun Co., and more! We'll also have a coloring station and trick-or-treating throughout our historic village.
We'll also be showing some great kid-friendly spooooky films in our Performance Center, where you can pick up a fresh bag of popcorn.
In our cooking school, kids can grab bags to decorate their own Halloween treats!
In the restaurant, we've got a spook-tacular menu lined up to match the spirit of the day including Spooky Spaghetti and Meatballs, Creepy Chicken Tenders, and more!
And of course, kids and adults alike are welcome to transform themselves into whomever they would like to be for the event. Make memories with your family and enjoy great photo opportunities at our Fall Photo Station (costumes are encouraged, not mandatory...but there might be an extra piece of candy in it for you)!

The Gueydan Fall Festival will take place Saturday, October 23, 2021 between the hours of 9 AM – 5 PM
Gueydan's latest festival is designed to bring the people of Gueydan and Vermilion Parish together. Held on the City Hall grounds, this event will host live music, vendors, food, and fun day for the whole family. All that want to participate by setting up a table or booth to sell their items or food are invited.*
The first band will begin at 9 am and kids activities will be available throughout the day.
*Space to sell your items or food is free, but vendors need to provide their own tables.
