It's something being hidden and like I said I'm going to do everything in my power I'm going to get down to the bottom of it I'm not going to stop fighting because my son will get justice.

8 months ago, Trayford Pellerin was shot and killed here by lafayette police officers who were responding to a disturbance involving a person allegedly armed with a knife.

I sat down with pellerin's father and he says he was on his way home the night he heard the news that his son had been shot.

"I was going cook and I got a phone call saying that my son was shot"

31-year-old Trayford Pellerin was shot 10 times that night at a convenience store. His father says he not only wants his questions answered, but he also wants justice.
