St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office Daily Arrest Report September 16,2020

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 42 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Devon Cardell Londo, 21, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on September 15, 2020, at 4:43 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of aggravated battery and domestic abuse battery child endangerment. No bail has been set.

Tiffany Joeline Simmons, 37, St. Martinville, LA, was arrested on September 15, 2020, at 7:33 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Simmons was released on a $500 bond.

Nickolas James Morris II, 32,  Franklin, LA, was arrested on September 15, 2020, at 11:55 pm on the following charges:
- Improper lane usage
- Driving under suspension
- No insurance
- Possession of marijuana

Morris was released on a summons to appear on December 11, 2020.

Haylie C. Miller, 25, Franklin, LA, was arrested on September 16, 2020, at 2:02 am for obedience to traffic signs, possession of synthetic cannabinoids, and misuse of toxic vapors. Miller was released on a summons to appear on December 11, 2020.

Shawna M. Hebert, 26, Franklin, LA, was arrested on September 16, 2020, at 2:02 am for possession of synthetic cannabinoids and misuse of toxic vapors. Hebert was released on a summons to appear on December 11, 2020.
