A 7-2 Friday win is more than just victory for Ragin' Cajuns pitcher Spencer Arrighetti. It is vindication against his former team. The Former TCU pitcher struck out eight Horned Frogs in 6 2/3 innings in a 7-2 win.

I expected it," Spencer said. "To me, it's just checking a box. This is something I had dreams about since I left that place. There was a lot left unsaid and I said alot of it."

"Honestly just trusting my stuff and trusting all four pitches. All with th same amount of confidence with myself knowing that I put in the work.

Spencer transferred from TCU to Navarro junior college and eventually to Louisiana. it helped him rediscover his love for the game. His energy inspires the entire team

"I think my emotions are pretty consistent," Spencer said. "It is just a passion for the game and giving my team a chance to win. Coach Brett Doe at community college said just showing my stuff is good enough and I should just go throw and enjoy it because I am going to have to hang them up eventually.

The Ragin' Cajuns start a four-game series with Coastal Carolina on Friday night at 6pm.
