Crowley, LA – Crowley Mayor Tim Monceaux issued the following information:

“To prepare for the forecasted heavy rainfall event this Tuesday and Wednesday, sandbags will be available at the Crowley Public Works building, located at 220 Jack Mitchell Road, on Tuesday, September 14th, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The City will provide the sand, sandbags, and shovels for you to fill the 6 sandbags per address. You must be a resident of Crowley and provide a valid driver’s license to obtain the sandbags. “I am hoping and praying Crowley citizens stay safe and we are spared heavy rainfall that could cause flooding.”
