Rayne Police Investigating a Crash That Left One Dead

Rayne Chief of Police Carroll J. Stelly announced his department is investigating a 3 vehicle crash that resulted in a fatality of a local woman.

Rayne Chief of Police Carroll J. Stelly announced his department is investigating a 3 vehicle crash that resulted in a fatality of a local woman.

At 6:40 AM, Rayne Police received a call of a crash on Hwy 35 North near Sills Addition involving 3 vehicles, a concrete truck, Chevrolet SUV and a Toyota Corolla. The crash is still under investigation and the identity of the victim will not been released until the notification of the next of kin is complete.
