(September 2, 2020)—The University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and Hancock Whitney announced a five-year partnership establishing Hancock Whitney as the “Official Bank of the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns.” Additionally, the bank will be the exclusive provider of the Ragin’ Cajuns branded debit card.
The Facebook Live announcement—available for replay at https://www.facebook.com/RaginCajuns/videos/1069427756807806/—took place on day two of the university’s first-ever three-day Virtual Fan Fest featuring the first opportunity for fans to hear from head coaches of the Ragin’ Cajuns’ football, soccer, and volleyball programs. The Ragin’ Cajun Virtual Fan Fest runs through September 3.

Louisiana athletics will also work closely with Hancock Whitney for community engagement initiatives, game-day activities, and youth programs as COVID-19 pandemic conditions and protocols allow.
