Opelousas Man Behind Bars After Harassing Estranged Girlfriend

(KADN)- An Opelousas man is jailed on accusations that he repeatedly harassed his estranged girlfriend, including cops say, firing shots at her vehicle and forcing his way into her home.

39-year-old Joseph Bell is facing charges of Attempted Second-Degree Murder, Simple Burglary, Violation of a Protective Order, Aggravated Burglary and Simple Assault.
