High school and middle school volleyball is delayed until november, but the pandemic isn't slowing down Laurie Simon. Simon owns the new Cajun Elite Volleyball Club. The 17-thousand square foot facility recently opened in Lafayette for training, instruction and other programming. Simon says they're taking all precautions to prevent COVID-19. Laurie Simon says, "I think it's super important to give the kids something to do as long as we're doing it within following health requirments and thats what we're trying to do here, but we're trying to give kids that love of the game of volleyball or want to learn the game of  volleyball. We have five courts in this facility and we might not use all five courts, we might use two."You can find out more about Cajun Elite Volleyball by checking out their Facebook page.
