Local Organization Looking to Store Toys

The local organization started the Toys for Tots campaign in 2021. They have already stored over 3000 toys thus far but of course the struggle to put them in a nice building hasn't been easy.

Lafayette, la - Acadiana Detachment of the Marine Corps League is currently looking for a spot to place their toys especially before the holidays.

The local organization started the Toys for Tots campaign in 2021. They have already stored over 3000 toys thus far but of course the struggle to put them in a nice building hasn't been easy.

“Right now we are holding these toys from last campaign season in a storage unit.” Tuyen La said.

The Acadiana Detachment of the Marine Corps league is desperately searching to store their 3000 toys as the holiday season approaches.

“We need space as soon as possible to move forward with our operations. We've already started distributing toys and distribution boxes. As they start coming in, we are going to need a space to not store them but to sort them, so we want to really have a successful campaign as soon as possible. we would like to get things finalized this week.” Tuyen La said.
