LDH: 943 new COVID-19 cases, 7 new deaths reported Dec. 1

The Louisiana Department of Health reported 943 new cases of COVID-19 on December 1.

(KADN) - The Louisiana Department of Health reported 943 new cases of COVID-19 on December 1.

They also reported 7 new deaths.

Across the state, 209 people are in hospitals to receive treatment for COVID symptoms. 30 of those are on ventilators.

Since the state started keeping track in 2020 there are , 771,837 cases of COVID-19 that has been recorded and 14,808 deaths.
