The IPAC shelter has NO empty dog OR cat kennels. At this time, all animals are in danger or euthanization. There is an urgent need for rescues and adopters to step up and help save some lives!

"We can't emphasize how important is to spay and neuter your animals. Millions of animals are being murdered everyday because of overpopulation. We also really, really need for local rescues and fosters to step up and help us. We can't do this alone and as a result, the animals suffer."
