( KADN)- According to Pat Mould, Vice President of Programing and Development, has confirmed with News15 that Festivals Acadiens et Créoles is coming back in 2021.

The festival will take place in October at Girard Park as long as COVID19 numbers remain low and vaccinations continue to be administered.

Festivals Acadiens et Créoles started in 1972 as an effort to keep Cajun culture alive. Since then, it has grown into a three-day event with a symposium, art exhibit, six stages of music and lots more.
