City of New Iberia to Hold Parade for Olympic Contender Morgann Leleux Romero

The City of New Iberia is hosting a parade on Friday, July 2nd at 6:00 P.M. down Main Street, New Iberia,to congratulate Morgann Leleux Romero on her journey to the Olympics!

According to UL Lafayette, Morgann cleared 15 feet, five inches to finish second overall at the U.S Track and Field trials.

The Parade will begin in front of City Hall and make its way downtown to Bouligny Plaza. They ask residents to line up on Main Street to show  support.
