LAFAYETTE, La. - Ruthanne Oakley Frost, Policy Director for the  Louisiana Policy Institute For Children, joined News15 Today to discuss the 2021 Louisiana Childcare Parent Poll Survey.

The survey is being conducted by the Louisiana Policy Institute for Children in partnership with the Louisiana Department of Education and Agenda for Children.

The intent of this survey is to learn about the child care arrangements of Louisiana families with children under the age of 5.
