The 18th Annual Parc Jam was held in downtown Lafayette over the weekend. The event is family friendly and was free to the public. Local musicians, DJs and dancers performed to music ranging from disco, funk and hip hop. There was a great turn out, and many event goers were happy with the outcome of the weather.

Parc Jam was originated in the year 2004 and was founded by Terrance Morgan with the collaboration of A Melting Pot Jazz Band.
