Blood Drive Held For Local Firefighter

The Scott Fire Department and the City of Scott hosted a blood drive to help out a fellow firefighter currently in need.

The Scott Fire Department and the City of Scott hosted a blood drive to help out a fellow firefighter currently in need.

Alex Bourque is a firefighter with the Lafayette Fire Department and was diagnosed with cancer.

In order to aid and support Alex at this time, guests that gave a blood donation and mentioned they were donating for Alex, credit was given towards Alex's emergency room and hospital visits.
